LEGACY BENEFITS’ COO ZOHAR ELHANANI EXPANDS HIS ROLE IN THE SETTLEMENT INDUSTRY
In recent months, Zohar Elhanani, Chief Operating Officer of Legacy Benefits, LLC, has assumed two new prominent roles within the life settlement industry, on both national and international fronts. Most recently, Elhanani was elected as a member of the Board of Directors at the Life Insurance Settlement Association’s (LISA) Spring 2010 conference. Additionally, in March 2010, Elhanani was elected as Co-Head of the German Life Settlement Association, BVZL.
By taking on these new functions, the life settlement industry will benefit from Elhanani's leadership, experience and industry knowledge. At Legacy, Elhanani oversees all operational teams. He is also responsible for capital markets and marketing. “As the industry continues to develop and rebound from the recent economic downturn, I look forward to engaging in efforts to promote life settlements as an attractive investment class, as well as educating consumers about its benefits,” says Elhanani.
