Carol Regler
Director of Acquisitions
Carol joined Legacy Benefits in 1993 as an underwriter responsible for processing medical, insurance and financing data relative to the acquisition of life insurance settlements. Carol was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Legacy Benefits in 1998 and charged with the direction and administration of all of Legacy Benefits’ underwriting operations. Currently, Carol manages Legacy’s policy acquisition activities. Ms. Regler has extensive contacts throughout the settlement industry and is well versed in all areas of settlement underwriting and acquisition. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Sciences from Queens College.
